It is with great enthusiasm that I write this testimonial on behalf of Mr. Jim Tuman. Mr. Tuman provided the highest level of professional support to a group of approximately 120 student leaders at Northern Highlands regional high school located in Allendale New Jersey. His communication skills, charisma, and passion are truly remarkable.
Mr. Tuman's message zeroed in on how to be an effective student leader. In his 90 min. assembly program, Mr. Tuman was able to encapsulate his life experiences into a meaningful and powerful presentation that left our students with the desire to be a person who leads by example rather than someone who simply has a title.
Mr. Tuman is more than just a speaker. He is a person who truly understands what it takes to be a leader and the attributes that go along with it. Many times we have professional speakers address our students with mixed results. In the case of Mr. Tuman, our students were so in awe of his message that they lined up after the assembly to speak with him, and Mr. Tuman was very accommodating as he met with students individually for an hour.
I am very happy to know Mr. Tuman and and I wish I would have met him sooner. I look forward to using Mr. Tuman and services in the future. It is with the highest regard that I recommend Mr. Jim Tuman to your school community.
