Holly, MI 48442 To Whom It May Concern: Holly high school was looking for a motivational speaker to talk to our senior class as they entered their final term of high school. I was looking for someone who would make a lasting impression on them. I wanted someone to make them think about what they are in life and where they're going. I sent an e-mail to our staff and asked them if they knew of such a speaker. One of our teachers told me about a guy named Jim Tuman. He had heard Jim speak at a hobby conference and thought he was awesome. I thought "what the heck "I'll give Jim a call and see if he would be interested in talking to our seniors. From the first minute I could tell he was the guy for us. All he talked about was kids. I could tell right from the start that Jim was all about kids. I was really excited when Jim accepted my offer to talk to our seniors. I couldn't wait to hear him speak to our kids. Well, needless to say, Jim was a ball of fire from the first minute to the last minute he spoke to our kids. I could barely finish introducing Jim. He came out like a charging lien. He got the attention of all her kids right from the start. Our kids couldn't take their eyes off him. He uses high-energy and high intensity as he delivers his message. Our seniors knew that this was not just another assembly. Jim.there are respect because he is genuine and passionate. He wears his heart on his sleeve. His stories about his personal experiences were gripping. Our kids knew that Jim really cared about them. Jim kept our kids engaged and involved. He talked with them, not at them. He challenged them to look at themselves and asked them how they wanted to be remembered. He instills confidence in our seniors to not be afraid of change. I asked Jim to come back every year to talk to her seniors. I really feel he connects with them. I've heard other motivational speakers, but none as powerful as Jim Tuman. I feel sorry for Jim because our kids won't let him leave after he presents. They want to talk with him more. He is very approachable. Our kids feel very comfortable hanging around and talking with Jim. I highly recommend Jim Tuman. Jim is reliable, flexible and well organized. He is a great person to work with.
