In Spring of 1988 you came to my high school (Garden City High) and gave a lecture that changed my life. Your message of love and hope has been with me throughout all of my adult life. I never looked at people the same way again, nor did I ever look at life the same. That seed you planted so long ago has worked its way into my value system, for this I am eternally grateful. The day that I stopped asking life what's in it for me and started asking how I can help, my life changed. Now granted I am but a student in this great classroom called life and my mistakes are many, but the thing I know for sure is when you move toward love you were always moving in the right direction.
